A directory born out of frustration — and a cold plunge obsession.
It started the same way it probably started for you. I was trying to find a cold plunge near me, and ended up deep in Reddit threads, dead links, and Google Maps reviews from 2019. It was painful.
So I built a spreadsheet. Then a database. Then this. BiohackMaps is the directory I wanted — one place to find every infrared sauna, cryotherapy chamber, float tank, red-light therapy studio, and TRT clinic near you, wherever you are in the world.
There's no VC money behind this. No growth-hacking team. Just a founder who takes cold plunges seriously and thinks more people should have easy access to these tools.
