Solace Float

Float pods are enclosed egg-shaped tanks — fully dark and quiet, preferred by experienced floaters. Float cabins are walk-in rooms with a lower water level and more space. Open float rooms are larger, less enclosed, and easier for beginners or those with claustrophobia. Each venue specifies the style on their listing.

Standard inclusions are a pre-float shower, earplugs, and a post-float shower. Most venues provide towels, shampoo, and conditioner. Some offer a quiet lounge, herbal tea, or meditation music for the transition out of the float. Confirm what is included when you book.

Float rooms are designed for sensory isolation — the water and air are body temperature, the room is dark, and sound dampening is built in. Each booking is private. Ambient noise levels vary by location; venues inside busy shopping centres tend to be noisier than standalone float centres.
